“Optimal transport is my first choice for medical transportation for my son. From their president to the transport team, they are professional and courteous. They go above and beyond in every aspect and are true examples of a care team. Even in a dire situation, with a last minute fix to an error made by another company, Optimal Transport traveled from far away, and got my son to a very important appointment right on time. My son is not an easy transport, yet the transport team did everything they could to keep him comfortable and safe. I can't say enough positive things about this company”

“I have been transported by optimal transport many times by Bob and his crew. They are the best! I no longer need to be transported, but if the need would arise again in the future, I will request them as I always have. I've turned down other transports, I would not go with anyone else but them. They never made me feel uncomfortable as a bariatric patient, I was treated with the utmost respect and care. They've gone above and beyond for me. they really care about the patients they transport. God bless them, all transports should be as wonderful as Bob and his crew. Thank you!”

“My ride was a bit early but that was okay.He called and let me know. My driver was very polite and I enjoyed my ride very much. We had a great conversation on the way up and on the way back. He had to pick up two other ladies and drop them at their appointments.So I had to wait a bit to be picked up, but that again was okay, because of the two other ladies. I would highly recommend this company for ride shares.”

One example I can give is: on a snowy Christmas Eve, the owners of Optimal Transport drove 75 miles in a snow storm to pick up a terminally ill client on hospice and deliver her to her senior husband, so that he could hold his dying wife one last time. No other transport company was willing to do it because of the snow. My friends and family will only use Optimal Transport.”
