This Site describes Bariatric Transport, Stretcher Transport Service, Medical Transport, Elderly Transportation, Nursing Facility Transport, Non-Emergency Medical Transport, Hospital Transportation Service, Dialysis Patient Transportation provided by Optimal Transport. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Intellectual Property. All content on https://medicaltransportbutler.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Optimal Transport or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Optimal Transport reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://medicaltransportbutler.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Optimal Transport makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Optimal Transport's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Optimal Transport from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of PA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in PA.
Updates. Optimal Transport reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
